Google translation from the French:

“We are currently concerned with the review of claims that continue to reach us. We received a total of thirty, and 10 of those have been examined. The powers of the CENI in the matter are contained in an article in the Election Code. After review and analysis of various claims, knowing that we do not pretend to give satisfaction to all, we will forward all to the Supreme Court.”
